Amsterdam is one interesting place - food wise. So many stuff to try, so little time. There was of course the local cuisine. This is a local Dutch cuisine called the Stamppot. Don't be fooled by the seemingly dull looking dish of mashed potatoes, as this is one of the best and filling mash . . . ()

With an excellent reputation of having great coffee, we headed to one of the many cafes in the city recommended by the guide book (preferably with the description - reasonably priced of course) to have a taste of the Viennese coffee culture.
